Device description
The first module of the device is built in a stainless steel frame with a modular aluminum structure. The lower part of the device consists of a catch basin equipped with a drain ball valve. The upper part of the device is open to allow better heat dissipation. The sides of the device consist of doors for access to the technologies.
The second module of the device is also built in a stainless steel frame with a modular aluminum structure. The lower part of the device is again a catch basin. This module connects to a chamber (for connecting the tested parts) with an adjustable atmosphere. The chamber has additional technology for the secondary circuit to ensure its proper function. The temperature chamber allows the ambient temperature of the tested part or a larger set of samples to be adjusted. The chamber also has an indication of any leakage of working fluid in case of a part rupture.
For over 20 years, PKS servis spol. s r.o. has been engaged in the development and manufacturing of a wide range of customized testing equipment according to specific customer requirements. These devices are designed for testing the service life and resistance to pressure, temperature, or mechanical stress, as well as the tightness and functionality of the tested product. We supply both mobile and stationary test equipment for testing the durability of prototypes as well as serially produced parts.
Our specialty is hydraulic test stands, such as pulsation devices (testers) for long-term testing of the service life of standardized products or prototypes through cyclic loading with internal overpressure and internal and external thermal stress. This is based on our many years of practice and experience in our own development. The primary use is to simulate the stress conditions of the tested products as closely as possible to likely real-world loading. The equipment is used to measure various parameters within the system. The basic test module includes equipment for testing products with pressure pulses in sinusoidal or trapezoidal shapes. The system is controlled by custom-designed software and a controller, which, in addition to the analytical function (precise display of pressures and waveforms), statistically evaluates the progress of the test, i.e., pulse count, monitoring of pressure limits, storing history, and the ability to generate reports, etc.
